🐾 Our Story

The Little Girl Behind Our Name

Paw's Pet Palace is a female-owned, local business built on 15 years of experience in the pet retail and grooming industry. From day one, our mission has been simple: provide a healthy, positive atmosphere for every customer — whether they have 2 legs or 4 fuzzy paws.

And our name? It's a family story. PAW stands for Payton Abigail Walker — owner Janet Walker's daughter, and the true heart and soul of the palace.

My daughter Payton Abigail Walker (PAW) has always loved animals, so when I started my pet supply business, I knew that I wanted to name it after her. And so, my business is now called "Paw's Pet Palace."

It's a small, family-run business, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Payton loves coming to work with me and helping out, and she's always the first one to greet our customers with a smile. She's truly the heart and soul of our business, and we wouldn't be the same without her.
