2. Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request through our website does not guarantee a reservation. Appointments are confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team.

3. Pet Health & Safety

For the safety of all pets and staff:

Pets must be current on required vaccinations.

Paw's Pet Palace may refuse or discontinue services if a pet presents a safety risk or if grooming would not be in the pet's best interest. Professional grooming businesses commonly require health disclosures and reserve discretion to stop services for safety reasons.

4. Grooming Services

Every effort is made to groom your pet according to your requested style. Results may vary based on your pet's coat condition, temperament, health, and breed.

If a coat is severely matted, shaving may be the safest and most humane option. Additional grooming charges may apply for excessive matting or extra handling required.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments.

7. Emergency Care

If your pet experiences a medical emergency while in our care, we may seek immediate veterinary treatment if we are unable to reach you. The pet owner is responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred. This authorization is commonly included in grooming agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the highest level of care, grooming involves inherent risks, particularly for elderly pets, pets with health conditions, or pets with severely matted coats.

Paw's Pet Palace is not responsible for:

Undisclosed medical conditions or behavioral issues.

Pre-existing health conditions.

Reactions resulting from normal grooming procedures.

Conditions revealed after removal of severe matting.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
